Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia - Silver Seal 19 years old - 3.5 oz bottle by Cavalli, Italy. With its limpid, brilliant black color, the Silver Label offers impressive density and fluidity, a penetrating and lingering perfume and a tart yet well blended balsamic taste. Strictly in-line with the guidelines established by the Association of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Producers, its balanced acidity produces a delightful, sweetly tart taste sensation. The product with the Silver Label has usually been left to mature 6 or 7 years longer than the Red Label vinegar.
